Idk, could've been they still doubted he could handle it since he's kid. I admit that's not entirely plausible given Conan's demonstration of how he deciphered it in his head. Other reason could've been that it would seem reckless to let a kid make a code. Although, it also seems less plausible given how involved the FBI allows him to be.

Azusa is being annoying now with that “so who is the lucky girl” attitude, I liked her better when she wasn’t interested in him.

They are forgetting a crucial part of this that if bodies are unidentified then the organization can disguise as the agents and infiltrate since they don't know who died. That didn't happen but the possibility would be high.

Fbi are really laid back.Four Fbi agents just died and they are like "we can't order food,it'll draw suspicions,so we'll just cook the food here,we can really cook well!" .
I would have less worried about the food when my comrade/brother just died and focus on what to do next .
Until conan came they didn't even have a plan and just worried how they would get the food lol.
